Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.


It’s my deepest honor to create a sacred space for healing—both for individuals and communities. Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a healing arts practitioner, hosting retreats, leading healing community events, and offering bodywork and sound healing. My work is a unique blend of body and energy therapies, including therapeutic bodywork, abdominal massage, prenatal and postpartum and fertility support, craniosacral therapy, sound therapy, and Reiki.
I am deeply committed to creating a trauma-informed, safe, inclusive space for all bodies. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom, guiding you through physical, mental, and energetic healing on your unique journey.

Individual integrative body work and energy healing sessions

 

These sessions include different techniques and styles of massage and energy work depending on your specific needs including Swedish, relaxation, therapeutic, thai-inspired stretching, abdominal focus massage, pre-natal, postpartum and fertility massage, reflexology, myofascial cupping, cranio sacral, reiki and sound healing.

 

Group Healing Sessions

 

​I offer customizable group sound healing sessions for private and public events, corporate gatherings, and retreats. Tailored to meet the unique needs of the group, these sessions combine grounding meditation with soundscapes from crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, intuitive vocals, and group toning and chanting. By aligning group intention with healing sound frequencies, I create a safe, transformative space for deep healing. Movement, massage, and energy work can also be incorporated to further enhance the experience and support each individual's journey.

​I facilitate a variety of community-centered gatherings, including public group sound journeys, song circles, ecstatic dance events, and other healing-focused experiences. These events are designed to create a welcoming space for all, regardless of experience level.
